Raw Material Selection & Quality Testing

The making process starts by taking the wood from selected trees. This selection is made to get high-quality wood pulp. Debarking, Chipping & Mechanical Refining

After this, the washing and screening process takes place, in which drum washers and pressure washers are used to remove the dissolved lignin and chemicals from the slurry of pulp, which passes through the screens to remove the undigested chips. The slurry of pulp is now passed through the dryer machines, where the water drains out moisture and is removed by pressing the sheets with the press rollers.

Supercalendering, Fiber Bonding & Greaseproof Coating

When the sheets are dried, they are passed through the heated rollers, which tighten the fiber bonds. As logo greaseproof papers require high density, the supercalendering process takes place. The biodegradable PE coating is applied to the surface to make the surface of kraft greaseproof paper sheets resistant to grease and oil.

Printing, Cutting, Quality Inspection & Packaging

Food-grade, water-based or soy-based inks are used for printing and logo designing. When the ink dried, the sheets were cut using the high-precision blades.
